To Make a Payment

• Visa or Mastercard payments may be made by contacting the head office in Calgary at
  1-866-222-6996.
• All forms of payment may be made in person at the head office in Calgary or branch office in La Crete.
• By mail - please send your cheque with policy number noted on the bottom left of your cheque to your local church representative.
